Broker Compensation Disclosure
We value your trust as a client and are committed to providing you with exceptional service. As an independent insurance broker, we focus on delivering superior service and competitive pricing by identifying the best coverage options from the insurers we represent.
Commission: Our firm does not charge a fee for placing your policy. Instead, we are compensated through a commission paid by the insurer, which is part of, and not an addition to, your premium. The commission amount is determined by the standard commission schedule established by each insurer we work with. Additionally, our firm may receive incentive compensation or bonuses from insurers for various reasons, but this does not affect the price of your premium.
Client Fees: While we do not charge a fee for the placement of your policy in most cases, we do sometimes charge a fee for certain professional services instead of earning a commission. These fees are fully disclosed and agreed upon in advance. As our business evolves, especially with our larger clients, we often prefer working on a fee structure instead of the traditional commission model. In such cases, the commission is waived for the agreed-upon services.
Scope of Services: Our firm works with a variety of insurers to provide coverage options that best suit your needs. We make every effort to obtain quotes from insurers we believe align with the preferences and needs you’ve communicated. However, we cannot obtain quotes from all insurers that offer suitable products. We are here to answer any questions regarding the quotes, insurers, or policies we present, but the final decision on the insurance product and coverage amount is yours.
